As a Production Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless execution of various tasks critical to our daily operations.
Responsibilities:
Fulfilling mail orders with precision and attention to detail.
Generating invoices for wholesale orders and maintaining accurate records.
Organizing packaged coffee for efficient order deliveries.
Brewing and packing cold brew coffee to meet quality standards.
General cleaning and organization to uphold a tidy and efficient workspace.
Qualifications:
Professional coffee experience is a plus, including skills in sample roasting, cupping, and critiquing coffee.
Production roasting experience is highly valued.
Basic computer skills, with the ability to use spreadsheets, QuickBooks, and manage USPS/UPS postage.
Familiarity or willingness to learn e-commerce platform Shopify to fulfill mail orders.
Additional role possibility part time delivery driver:
Must be 25
years old with clean driving record and experience driving van Compensation:
The position offers a competitive starting wage of $20 per hour, with the potential for higher compensation based on professional coffee experience.
